- Acting jointly with Messrs. Kelley Drye & Warren LLP to represent and advise a major US listed internet service provider ("ISP") and various internet related business in numerous acquisitions and investments in Hong Kong
- Representative of a US based international toy group of companies on cartoon broadcasting and licensing arrangement in Hong Kong and PRC; preparing relevant agreements and documents for carrying out the said arrangement; negotiating with the counterparties on behalf of the said client.
